This small shade is of good quality, was easy to fit above our bifold doors and provides a good level of shade in our west facing garden. There was a delay in the delivery of the shade which was possibly due to the fact that a middle company was used between Clara Shade Sails and Evri. I was bemused to see that this company is called Zendbox Fulfilment. I don't feel particularly fulfilled!
I ordered two sails of a standard size, upon opening one and stretching out I realised it actual wouldn't fit, a little too big in one direction. The bigger issue appeared as we are laying it out, all 4 D-rings came off the sail which really disappointed me as I can't seem to get them back on and like another reviewer, I assumed they were welded but they have a sufficient gap in them for the rings to come off. Good thing I only opened one as I will be returning both sails as they simply do not work for my size of conservatory roof and the curved sides are a good idea for outdoor use but not for the conservatory.
The quality is good overall, the sails do look nice and fabric looks and feels nice, seems like they would last a long time.
Hi Amir,
Thank you for your review - I'm sorry you have had this problem with your shade sail.
The D rings should all be welded, but, unfortunately, we had a small batch where they were not. We thought we had managed to remove these sails from our stock, but it looks like a few may have slipped through. We will always replace any sails that are not up to standard, but as these sails are not suitable for your conservatory, please do get in contact and we can arrange for these sails to be returned for a full refund.
If it is of interest, we do offer a made to measure shade sail service, where the curves in are not as deep as our ready made shade sails, and we can ask the manufacturer to make the curve in a small as possible. I have included a link below to our page for further information, and also to our customer gallery so you can see examples of these sails:

Must praise the team at Clara Shade Sails, emailed Lauren as originally wanted a white 2m x 3m sail which were out of stock. A quick response from her suggested a cream one, which was quickly delivered. Thank you to Lauren as this was a better option than white. Neatly packaged, quickly delivered and was up in the conservatory in under an hour. Great service.
Very professional service and good product materials used. Very pleased with quality.
Says in the title "equilateral triangle". It is not. It has highly curved edges which drastically reduce the shade. In use it shades about 50% of what the old Bunnings triangular shade shaded. Not impressed with this at all. Can't fit a bigger sail in the space but they'd suffer from the same misleading title. Looking for another solution now.
Hi Dave,
I'm sorry you are disappointed with the shade sail.
We do advise on the collection page and the product specifications tab that 'Measurements are from tip to tip including D Ring, and each side is curved.', plus the icon in the corner of each image shows a curved edge shade sail. We do have a 30 day returns period, so if you get in touch with us at: info@clarashadesails.co.uk, we can proivde the information on how you can return the sail for a full refund.
We do have a made to measure shade sail service, where the curves in are not as deep as the ready made shade sails, and you can find more information about this and see example images at: https://www.clarashadesails.co.uk/pages/diy-made-to-measure-shade-sails.
If we can help any further, please let us know.

This was the nearest size we could find to fit our cantelever parasol so is a little too long but does the job.
Good quality sail that appears to be waterproof as described. I have made the mistake of not putting enough angle on it for water run-off. Which is how I know it's waterproof. As it stands it is holding out well against some strong gusts and wind with only a bit of flapping. I feel it would benefit from an eyelet in the middle of the 5m span as flexes a quite a bit in the middle with the wind. However, for the price this sail is very reasonable. My original one came marked/stained from new but they were quick to send out a replacement with no quibble.
Very pleased with our new parasol. Arrived before we expected, easy to put together and use.
Doing a perfect job, couldn’t be happier.
We are delighted with our new sale & keen to see how it holds up over the season. It is lightweight, a good size & is performing well. The service was excellent & It was great relief to discover that taxes & customs duties were included in the price for shipping to the EU.
We recently replaced the polycarbonate roof of our large L shaped conservatory with a glass roof. So we needed some shade but also wanted to retain a partial view of the sky though the glass. We chose Clara sail shades: 3 x 2 meter equilateral triangles and one 2 metre square and they are looking beautiful and giving us lovely partial shade, while still allowing us to keep an eye out for passing swifts above. .
Their delivery company - Evri -failed TWICE to deliver to my address but Claire Shades sorted it well in the end. Product works as advertised
We love these sails well made reasonably priced. They look so smart . Doing the job what we purchased them for.
For the price I would have hoped for similar fixings for masonry and wood. With this I would have given 5 rather than 4 stars
Very pleased with prompt reply and delivery. Shades appear to be keeping our conservatory cooler,
Good value and quality for the price. But be prepared to get the iron out as it was very creased.
Rectangle Cream - Sun Shade Sail - Water Resistant UV Garden Canopy Awning 2m x 3m, 2m x 4m, 3m x 4m, 3m x 5m, 4m x 5m, 4m x 6m
Very pleased with the quality and colour of our new sail. Looks very smart and does the job. Thank you for your prompt delivery. HT
Love the sail we bought, great addition to the garden. I'd recommend putting the fixings in with the canopy as the box was damaged and the fixings bag hanging out when it arrived. Otherwise very pleased.
