Absolutely love our Shade Sail. It has been the perfect solution to our shading problems both on the patio and for keeping sun out of the living room during all this very hot bright weather. Easy to install and take down again - very adjustable to your needs and stores away nice and flat. Would highly recommend.

Can’t fault the customer service - they kindly refunded me the difference after the shade went into a half price sale shortly after delivery. However, the shade isn’t waterproof, which is a huge disappointment. Leaks through the seams. Won’t be suitable for purpose.

We just completed our conservatory and were astonished at how HOT it will get. I found a video of Clara hanging a sail in her own conservatory and thought this was a brilliant solve. Given the demands of our space we've bought two - one 3x3m and one 2x2m. They work so well! I'm using heavy duty suction cups (designed for awnings) and good quality carabiners and VOILA! Problem solved! I also love how easy it is to take them down when not needed. I will note that this non-standard use means they do droop a little bit, but a review suggestion to use a magnet has solved that problem too! Great product!

Very impressed with the sail. It has provided shade in the small garden we have. In addition provided undercover area for DIY projects.

Pleasantly surprised, better than what I was expecting. Seems very good quality, it’s up and doing its job, good value . How it lasts remains to be seen but so far so good. Definitely recommend

As I haven't used it yet ! due to all the rain we are having (Scotland) very much looking forward to using it.I have opened it up it looks and feels really good quality ,glad i got in the sale, did buy one from Amazon but it was just a nylon sheet!! Quick delivery had no problems.

Quick response and communications with me. The fixtures, while expensive, were good quality stainless steel. The sail itself was excellent and the team were very quick and responsive to my changes and queries, with accurate information. It is a pity that the sail was made in China, but delivery was still fast.

Love the shade sail. Got a right angled triangle one to go with the one we already have. Lovely instant results for practical and aesthetic reasons. Might even buy a large rectangle one now. Very efficient ordering and delivery.

Thank you for a simple ordering process and quick delivery. This was one of those things I wasn't sure I could use so a nearly perfect product was a good choice. It was a good value, low risk purchase. In fact it will be perfect if the sun shines on my garden party. We will attach it to the house and trees with the secure eyelets and expect to use it often. We will almost certainly be back for another when this wears out!

I was so impressed the products arrived the next day. I put the rectangle sail up straight away. Very good, using the stainless fittings. It has given us a sort of outdoor room with much needed shade. Overall impression, excellent. Highly recommended.

I was expecting something a little more robust and solid, rather than a flimsy nylon sheet. Currently in the process of returning.

Just the job for holding our small-ish sails. Easy to fix to the walls and fences.

Shade needed this summer so this is the answer

This small shade is of good quality, was easy to fit above our bifold doors and provides a good level of shade in our west facing garden. There was a delay in the delivery of the shade which was possibly due to the fact that a middle company was used between Clara Shade Sails and Evri. I was bemused to see that this company is called Zendbox Fulfilment. I don't feel particularly fulfilled!

I ordered two sails of a standard size, upon opening one and stretching out I realised it actual wouldn't fit, a little too big in one direction. The bigger issue appeared as we are laying it out, all 4 D-rings came off the sail which really disappointed me as I can't seem to get them back on and like another reviewer, I assumed they were welded but they have a sufficient gap in them for the rings to come off. Good thing I only opened one as I will be returning both sails as they simply do not work for my size of conservatory roof and the curved sides are a good idea for outdoor use but not for the conservatory.

The quality is good overall, the sails do look nice and fabric looks and feels nice, seems like they would last a long time.
