I bought this sail to replace one i bought a number of years back, the quality isn't anything like the previous one, sizes are questionable. Not impressed 😕

It looks like the sail you bought a few years ago was one of our own brand Clara white shade sails, which are made to our specifications, whereas the coloured shade sails are manufcatureed and supplied by a partner supplier. Delivery was very prompt and quality of sail was very good. I chose the green as wanting to add a pop of colour so very much a personal choice, the green is shocking green so you need to be prepared (was hoping for a more lime green)

Absolutely love our Shade Sail. It has been the perfect solution to our shading problems both on the patio and for keeping sun out of the living room during all this very hot bright weather. Easy to install and take down again - very adjustable to your needs and stores away nice and flat. Would highly recommend.

Can’t fault the customer service - they kindly refunded me the difference after the shade went into a half price sale shortly after delivery. However, the shade isn’t waterproof, which is a huge disappointment. Leaks through the seams. Won’t be suitable for purpose.

Our shade sails should be 100% waterproof when installed correctly, although very occasionally we do get the odd one with a manufacturing fault. We just completed our conservatory and were astonished at how HOT it will get. I found a video of Clara hanging a sail in her own conservatory and thought this was a brilliant solve. Given the demands of our space we've bought two - one 3x3m and one 2x2m. They work so well! I'm using heavy duty suction cups (designed for awnings) and good quality carabiners and VOILA! Problem solved! I also love how easy it is to take them down when not needed. I will note that this non-standard use means they do droop a little bit, but a review suggestion to use a magnet has solved that problem too! Great product!
Very impressed with the sail. It has provided shade in the small garden we have. In addition provided undercover area for DIY projects.
Pleasantly surprised, better than what I was expecting. Seems very good quality, it’s up and doing its job, good value . How it lasts remains to be seen but so far so good. Definitely recommend

As I haven't used it yet ! due to all the rain we are having (Scotland) very much looking forward to using it.I have opened it up it looks and feels really good quality ,glad i got in the sale, did buy one from Amazon but it was just a nylon sheet!! Quick delivery had no problems.
