WATERPROOF
Our sails are made with woven, PU coated waterproof material to also help protect you from the unexpected rain shower.
Curved sides, strong, double stitched seams all help to enhance the pull strength and allow you to fully tension your sail and allow the water to run off.
Please install with seams facing down and allow a 20-30 degree angle between at least two corners so your sail is installed properly on a slant. This will ensure the rain water doesn't pool in the middle and cause the material to stretch unnecessarily.
CHOICE OF INSTALLATION
Smaller sails can be easily put up and taken down by simply tying to existing structures or trees using the rope provided - perfect for creating some temporary shade.
For the larger sizes and for a more secure/permanent structure consider using proper shade sail metal poles secured by concrete and see our heavy duty snap-hook, pad eye and turnbuckle listing for suitable wall fixings.

Measurements are from tip to tip including D Ring, and each side is curved. All of our sails are cut and sewn by hand so please allow a small margin of error in the measurements we provide.

If you are looking for a shade sail for your conservatory or sunroom, then we also have an article and video for installation advice. If you are looking to install a shade sail in to UPVC framework, then we recommend that you consult the supplier of your conservatory if you are unsure what fixings would be best to use.
We do not currently sell wooden posts or poles, but others customers have purchased from their local wood merchants or DIY stores.
Delivery
Domestic - United Kingdom - Free Delivery
In most instances, your items are picked the same working day, or the next working day if an order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday, and we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. However, we do ask you to allow up to 7 days for delivery, including handling time, and we will only investigate deliveries that haven't arrived within this timeframe.

Following BREXIT, additional checks and controls are in place at the border between the UK and Europe, so delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.
We offer a DDP service (Delivered Duty Paid), so the amount you pay on our website, including delivery costs applied at checkout, is the final price - you should not incur any further charges. If you do receive a request to pay duties or tax from the courier company or anyone else, please inform them that Delivery Duty has already been paid.

We ship to most international countries, but please email us if you are unsure. Transit time will vary depending on location, but please allow an average of between 5-10 days for USA and Canada and between 7-21 days for other locations.
Where delivery times vary from the above, we will keep you informed by email. Prices quoted for items being shipped Internationally/Rest of the world EXCLUDE any customs, duty or tax due at border into the destination country. As we have always done, international orders will continue to be Delivered At Place (DAP).

Superb prompt service of an excellent well made useful product. Certainly will be recommending .The sail replaced roof blinds in our conservatory that were impossible to clean ( dead insects) . So much better and good shade . Will certainly get more once we replace our ageing conservatory.
Excellent service and as described
Super fast delivery (next working day). Bought for my conservatory as I am using it as a gym but it's so hot!! Fitted a 4x3m sail corner to corner and fastened a rope to the back in the middle to pull the middle up higher. Worked really well for keeping the heat down and it's now bearable to be in there and even do a workout.
Based on other reviews and your video, I bought the product for inside south facing conservatory. Have not put it up yet so cannot comment on quality or effectiveness, although fabric appears to be good quality. However my main praise at this time is for your excellent delivery service. Ordered 2pm on Sunday and received 2:30pm next day. Wonderful, and it was even free!
Recently I bought another shade to replace the identical one I bought last year, which I loved. The new sail was slightly different in size, and didn’t fit my brackets. Which was more an inconvenience and not insurmountable.
However, the team sorted me with a replacement in 24hrs! Throughout they have been superb. I knew the product hood, hence I bought another. However, a good product is made great when you get superb customer service. It makes such a difference!
Would highly recommend both the product and company. I’d post a lovely picture but the wettest July in years!
